Class with DJ Pettitt at Valley Ridge was so much fun! I learned so very much - I can't believe what I made. I painted a face! The first day was so tiring, but I was smiling as I left. I'll tell about the 2nd day and post pictures in my next post. Here are the pics of first day art made.

I saw you on DJ's blog, looks like you had fun! Awesome!
Wow, those paintings are really nice. What are they painted on, fabric? It looks so sheer and translucent. I will be taking an online portrait class next, why is it that faces can be so intimidating to paint?! Looks like a great line up for Art Unraveled.
I'm taking Modern Mark Making on Thursday.
Thanks for visiting my blog. I love a good gluestick too, you can never have too many! :)

Cindy, thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. I e-mailed you last year about two weeks after Art Unraveled, but I never heard back from you so I didn't keep your e-mail address. I'm not going back to AU this year, so I'd love it if you could e-mail me so we could keep in touch. b_in_l_a@yahoo.com
I'm taking a DJ Pettit class at Art & Soul in October, so I'd be interested in reading more information about your class.
Altered Artists -- are you taking the online class with Paulette Insall? I just learned to paint faces with her this year through her online classes. She's great!
Hi Cindy!
I got your comments (two) and saw that you would like contact information for the Book Arts Coterie, but I don't have your email address. Please send it to me so that I can send you the contact information. Thanks! Also, hope to see you at Art Unraveled! &rew
